Vertical Boring Head
The addition of a vertical boring head on a nesting machine such as the NBM Series can help minimise processing time by drilling multiple holes at once and decreasing tool change time.

Aggregates available include horizontal drilling and routing units, sawing units, corner notching and floating head units.
 

C-Axis
The addition of a C-Axis enables the aggerate to be rotated. This can be used for horizontal boring where the aggregate holds multiple tools allowing the aggregate to rotate to use a different tool without requiring a tool change. The C-Axis can also be used to steer a saw or grinding wheel.
 
Vacuum Pods
Double acting vacuum pods can be integrated into the matrix table to hold components above the bed to allow aggregates access for processing edges.
